Yotam is the creator, responsible for the culinary and conceptual aspects of all the group’s projects.
After working in restaurants in Israel in various junior and senior positions, Yotam became a partner in his first restaurant at the age of 20.
He took on the role of chef at his restaurant. He further honed his culinary skills by undertaking culinary internships in several European countries, and training at renowned restaurants across Europe. Yotam’s journey led him to become the chef of Bellboy Tel Aviv.
He then transitioned to senior management roles, serving as the operations manager of the Berdichevsky Hotel and later as the CEO of Bellboy Berlin, among other positions.
In addition to the restaurant industry, Yotam has been involved in several other companies and has been a partner in various projects in recent years.
